Your use of Swipely is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), together with the terms below.

Swipely Pro subscriptions

Swipely Pro is offered as auto-renewable subscriptions (for example weekly, monthly or yearly). Prices are shown in the app before purchase.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
If a free trial is offered, any unused part of it is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in iOS Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions.
Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

You own the photos, videos and designs you create. You are responsible for making sure you have the rights to the content you use and share.
